Design
We
have been designing panels, products and creating graphics
for a number of years now, a majority of which have been for
our own product ranges, however we also work with our
customers to create their own designs (obviously when they
include our materials). This is a service that we are happy
to provide and we wish to expand on in the future and if you
have a sketch, image or CAD drawing that you can send us,
then we can work with you to turn your
ideas into reality. We naturally use the word “customers”,
but because we work so closely with many of them,
they are more like “partners” to us - If we can make
your products a success then in turn we can be a success!
Manufacture
With the use of modern, sophisticated CNC machines and
CAD/CAM design facilities, Fahr Industries is able to create
simple or complicated machined panels and components, all
within tight tolerances and to a high quality finish, time
and time again. We also have planned investment into new
machinery to further increase our capabilities and to expand
on the products and machining capabilities that we can
offer.
We do not
just machine our own products and designs, we can also
machine other products for you including: Acrylics and
Polycarbonates, and not just for the Play Industry!
Stock Distribution
Although
our stock levels are always changing, at any one time we
carry in the region of 150-250,000 GBP of polymer materials
in stock in the UK, which means there is always a high level
of stock and sheet options available at any one time
Distribution
Fahr is the
UK and European distributors for Densetec polymer products,
and has been for many years now. We have the experience and
infrastructure to distribute from as little as 1 sheet up to
full 40ft containers of sheets to anywhere in the World.
