Homopolymer Polypropylene
Sheet
Densetec
Homopolymer Polypropylene exhibits the properties of high corrosion resistance,
high temperature resistance, and great tensile strength. It maintains its
stiffness at elevated temperatures and displays incredible resistance to organic
solvents, degreasing agents, and electrolytic attack. In addition, the material
is lightweight, and stain and moisture resistant. Due to its chemical
resistance, Densetec Homopolymer Polypropylene is ideally suited to be used with
a wide range of chemicals. Its resistance to aggressive media permits it to be
used in laboratories and a large variety of industrial applications. The
material resists most strong acids and bases even at relatively high
temperatures and concentrations. |

Copolymer Polypropylene
Sheet
Densetec Copolymer Polypropylene differs from the Densetec Homopolymer
Polypropylene by virtue of an additional monomer in the product, thus making it
a copolymer material. This is achieved by adding ethylene to the material during
the polymerization process. This helps the material achieve higher impact
strength and toughness characteristics even at very low temperatures. In
addition, the product has easier machine ability and workability characteristics
than the Homopolymer material. Densetec Copolymer Polypropylene can be used in
most applications where Homopolymer Polypro is used. |

Homopolymer Polypropylene
Rod
Homopolymer Polypropylene Rod exhibits all the properties and attributes of our
Densetec Homopolymer Polypropylene sheet. It is FDA approved for food
applications, resists most acids, alkalis and solvents and is temperature
resistant up to 180°F.
It has excellent dielectric properties, is impact
and abrasion resistant and has low moisture absorption. |
