Densetec PCR is manufactured from 100% post-consumer recycled HDPE and while Fahr is launching this new sheet product in 4 new 2-colour options that all feature woodland exterior colours. Densetec PCR can be manufactured in any colour combination that you require including single colour (solid colour) sheets - all special orders are subject to minimum order quantities of course. It is almost impossible to tell the difference in the quality of regular virgin HDPE sheets and Densetec PCR sheets that is how good this material is and why in 2010 every sheet of Densetec PCR will come with a subtle recycled logo pattern on both sides of the sheet, so you know the difference and you know that you are doing your bit to reduce landfill waste. From launch Fahr will be stocking Densetec PCR in 15mm thickness, this has been decided for two reasons, firstly because many of the panels and components that Fahr supplies are over-engineered and 15mm would be more than adequate, and secondly because 15mm PCR compares in price to 19mm thick virgin HDPE sheet materials.
Reduce Your Costs Now As from the end of 2009 Fahr will be have Densetec PCR in stock in the 15mm thickness. This has been decided for two reasons, firstly because many of the panels and components that Fahr supplies are over-engineered using 19mm thick sheets and in many cases 15mm		15mm sheets equal a 20% SAVING over 19mm
would be more than adequate, and secondly because of the cost saving for you by using less material. There has been an increasing trend towards foam filled sheet materials in the current economic climate, but with intelligent design and thinking, there is no need to compromise on strength, stability or quality to reduce the overall cost of your products.
