Most of the recycled materials used by Fahr Industries are manufactured from post consumer waste (PCR), including HDPE milk and detergent bottles that could have otherwise gone into landfill sites. This PCR material is subject to various processing cycles which include a thorough cleaning and grinding before being remanufactured into the high quality materials used to make Fahr products.

To help you visualize the amount of PCR waste that has been diverted from landfill Fahr has calculated the equivalent quantity of milk bottles it would take to manufacture many of their products - look out for the milk bottles.
