TredSafe is the latest HDPE sheet to be added
to the Densetec range of products. Developed primarily for use as decking in
the Marine and Playground industries, TredSafe incorporates the latest
available technologies to produce a slip-resistant surface.
Firstly, TredSafe incorporates an embossed
surface with round protrusions on the upper face of the sheet. These
protrusions provide a slip resistant surface for the sole of the shoe whilst
allowing water to pass between them for fast draining, thus making TredSafe
an especially effective walking surface in wet conditions.

Secondly,
TredSafe is manufactured using a high grip compound on the surface of the
sheet, offering a slightly tacky, high coefficient of friction material on
the walking surface. This compound, when combined with the top surface
texture, makes TredSafe the ideal material for use as decking in
playgrounds, boats, or anywhere a slip resistant surface is a requirement
for a safe walkway or platform. |
